Refund Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

Patient-Initiated Cancellation:

• Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance without any charge.
• For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee or consider the appointment non-refundable, especially in the case of repeat late cancellations.
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) are non-refundable.

Clinic-Initiated Cancellation:

• If we are required to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, clinic closure), you will be notified promptly, and we will offer to reschedule or provide a 100% refund.

2. Refund for Prepaid Consultations

• If a consultation was prepaid online or in advance and you cancel in line with the above policy, a refund will be initiated within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
  
  • Completed consultations
  • Missed appointments
  • Consultations that started and were voluntarily discontinued by the patient

3. Refund of Medicine Orders

• Medicines dispensed or shipped based are non-refundable once delivered or opened.
• If the package is damaged on delivery or there is an error in the items sent, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. How to Request a cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our clinic using the details below. Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is found to be inconsistent with this policy or is suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.
